Wig Dyeing Tutorial - Human Gilda

Hey, there. I want to show you how I dyed my Human Gilda wig.
It's really easy, you don't need any alcohol or gloves! And it even smells pretty good^^
I got an old wig from my cosplay partner ~NettyCosplay. The wig already was used for another cosplay, so I first had to wash it to get rid of the hairspray. After that I gave it a first raw cut, and then I started the dying. I forgot to take pictures before I added any colour:-( But the colour came out too light, so I repeated the process and made some photos.
Let me know what you think about the wig and the method^^ have fun!

Can you remove the colour afterwards by washing the wig?

Is it ok for me to dunk my whole wig into the mixture of acrylic paint? =O

I'm not sure. I did't dare to try that yet, i always used the technique for partial or multicolor dyeing. If you do, i would love to know if it works.

So its ok if the fabric softer is like purple if I want a pink wig?

I only used orange and white softener so far, and either it had no influence on the final Color. Maybe Test the softener alone on a small area, but i think the softener dyes on itself, since it's the acrylic paint that setson the hair.
