Floorplan of Dharma and Greg Montgomery's apartment from the TV series DHARMA & GREG.
I have had to move the entrance to the office since in the series (a common practice to save space on the set) the office and the closet coexist in the same place.
.
This is a hand drawn plan, made in scale, coloured with colour pencils and with full details of furniture, fabric, timbers and complements...
The design is made according with the "real" apartment respecting the spaces, proportions, furniture and objets presents in the studio set.

just an average multi-million dollar apartment :)

Then you won't be surprised by the next one.

Her apartment, for just one person, is larger than this one, and in her bedroom there is a $ 10,000 armchair and a $ 5,000 chair.

It seems that female photojournalists in Gotham City have very good salaries...

Ah. I know I watched Darma y Greg, but I don’t remember a thing about it. So who is the photo journalist?

When you post 'Battery facctory" do you mean that litterally or is more a place name such as 'Battery park'?

Wonderful work as always. :)

The address (real or imagined) of this apartment was never mentioned.

Nothing is known other than that it is located in San Francisco.

In fact, the door number is not known because it is always covered with a sign.

So I asked on various sites trying to find something and someone told me this:

"I've scoured San Francisco real estate for rent and for sale and all of the converted industrial loft units that have a striking resemblance to D&G are found in the South Beach neighborhood.

It's very close to a couple areas referenced in the show, like when Dharma says that she and Jane are going over to Fisherman's Wharf to give tourists bad directions.

Also, based on the episode where the "unit down the hall is vacant" I am guessing their unit number as 5A....the unit they down the hall is number 4 and in the "closet full of hell episode" D&Gs apartment is connected in their attic to another unit and that unit is 5B...so I would feel very comfortable with "Unit 5A, Old Battery Factory, South Beach, San Francisco, CA"

Well.. lets just hope they did a good clean up of the old leftover factory bits before the renovation, hey? ;)

This is very good, I haven't seen the show in many years but I remember it.
