Leasing my Nordanners

For all of you that don't have Nordanners (yet) and want one and for all of you who are interested in taking care of one more, this might be interesting for you!

You're allowed to lease my Nordanners!
You can choose any of them! Although, I'd prefer if you don't lease more than two. It's possible for more people to lease one horse.

What I want
I want you to draw the horse at least once a month, but I prefer if you drew it more often. You can lease it as long as you want, but if I'm not happy with it, I will put you away from the lease. This is NOT a life long lease, the horses are mine and stay mine, they stay in my stable, so you don't need to draw them a new ref. You can train them in anything (foals only halter and liberty), you can show them in anything, you keep the prizes you win. You're not allowed to age and breed the horse, since you don't own it.

If I'm happy with your lease, I might reward you with a slot to the horse you're leasing (when available, excluding starter mutations) or something else you'd like.

Most likely some will be sold in the future, since I don't want to be a hoarder. If you're leasing a horse that I decide to sell, you'll be on top of the list.

I just like my horses being drawn ^^.
