UPDATE January 2016
Hello, and Happy New Year again!
I figured it was time to update this posting as it has been a few years. How time flies.
I suppose I cannot claim newbie status anymore so I will let me gallery stand as a testament to my growth over the past few years. I am still enjoying creating images with DAZ Studio and all the wonderful content that content providers create. In just the two years since I began in earnest to create images the ability of the technologies have grown tremendously. The number of render engine options available are wonderful and each has a unique place in the toolbox.
I find myself sharing work either here on dA or at Renderotica pretty much exclusively. I still have no plans for a "personal" website as I see no need for one. Both dA and Renderotica are great platforms for sharing work with others, and the number of artists who inspire me keeps growing as I browse these places.
I appreciate the interaction with community members and draw great positive energy from it.
I thank all those that share their comments ... opinions on how images feel to them ... and I get a kick out of the stories that people dream up when viewing my work.
I am still unabashedly unlearned in the ways of "art". I have poked around at some academic materiel and bought a series of books on "story telling through imagery". The books are interesting but like all things in life you have to take it with a grain of salt and apply your own will on the subject.
As long as I am enjoying the creative work I am happy. What else can one ask for?
Hello, Happy New Year!
I recently started creating art using 3D tools, mostly DAZ Studio.
I found that my interest and inspiration falls almost entirely into the artistic nude or erotic art genre.
I am taking my time exploring the possibilities and enjoying the journey, learning so much through observing the works of the great talent that proliferates dA, as well as reading up on art theory (I have no clue or education in the arts, does it show?
I don't have my own site, may never, and find that sites like dA are a true Godsend.
I have posted my first story on EroticArtZone (EAZ) and have just recently joined Renderotica. So far all these communities have been a very wonderful experience with friendly like-minded artists sharing quite a variety of work.
I always appreciate honest opinions and constructive criticism. This is merely another artistic outlet for me and one I do purely for the joy of it, always striving to learn and develop.
