UPDATED May 11 2025 - Fix for imageres.dll for Windhawks Resource Redirect Icon theme.
Bringing this one to Windows 11 as a theme and icon sets (7tsp or Windhawk Resource Redirect). Clean, minimal, functional. It's one that's easy on the eyes, featuring Light, Dark, and Night modes for the Windows 11 themes. Many thanks to the great icon set by Sam Hewitt. Paper Icons are based around the use of bold colours and simple geometric shapes. Each icon has been meticulously designed for pixel-perfect viewing at any size. The wallpapers are curated from UNSPLASH and modded by me in Photoshop.
