College and what my life has been this past year

I've been silent for a long time, and even though I'm not sure who's stuck around, I still want to shed some light into this.

First of all, I started college last year, and not only has it been hard going back to school after 4 years of inactivity, but the fact that it's a quarter system instead of semester means it's been far more demanding than I'm used to. To be perfectly honest, I have not managed to organize in order to balance school work and my personal life, which includes drawing. It usually takes until the end of the quarter for me to start drawing for myself instead of for school work, and since school work limits my creativity, I've not enjoyed drawing for the most part during this past year. I've also had some mental breakdowns in that time, which made it impossible to do either school or personal work.

Flash forward to today, I'm faring better, but school only gets more demanding as time goes on, which means I've got more work to juggle within short periods of time, so even though I'd like to say "This time I'll organize and post drawings regularly", that's a promise I just can't make at this point. I'm still starting a new quarter, there's a lot of stuff being thrown my way when I'm still not even familiar with what they're teaching, I'm scared and confused... but I know I'll make it. I WILL organize as best as I can, and you MIGHT see something pop up here from time to time, but don't expect anything before my breaks.

To conclude, life has been crazy, it's going way fasst and I'm struggling to keep up, an that's why I've been absent recently and will continue to be for a while. I've only got one more year of school to go, so by this time next year I'll be done and back at it, hopefully on a regular basis. That's it for now, Shadow signing off!
