To massively sum up the fic basically. Kohaku sat in a tree within the Kitsune Compound. It was out of the way and closer to the edges of the surrounding forest nearby. The death of his younger brother was still fresh in his mind. It had been a few days since those masked men came back to the village. They returned to finish what they started three years ago -- or at least that's what the presumption was. They attacked the village
