I have to say first that this animation is one of the best eye blinks ever. With it showing the eyelid close and open. Wow. the one thing that could use a little improvement is the tack, it looks a little to smudged, and it does not look like the tack closes around the horse's head. I find looking at a picture of a bridle on a horses head while I draw helps me get the straps looking good. But that is all that I can see that needs a little work. But one last thing, try to clean up the images a little-there are stray pencil lines around the face and neck with out them it would look perfect.
