An airplane that is! Basically, I think Scoots is Handicap and can't fly, end of story on that, but that doesn't mean she has to be grounded. Colts, my OC being the steampunk captain he is, builds this just for her and this is scoots first flight in it. She decides to buzz RD who's in the market :3
