How to cover up for Bodypainting!
Check the details below on how you could win a Gold Coin badge and some DA Points!
Do you have questions when you look at bodypainting? The first time I saw bodypainting I had questions, BIG questions! The biggest one was how. JUST HOW DO THEY DO IT?
How do you prep the skin?
How do you apply the paint?
How do you get it off?
How do you cover up the nipples?
The latter is what we're covering today. The six and a half years I've been bodypainting I've used 2 different methods. The easiest and quickest method is covered in the video below.
However, if you'd like to attempt to make your own latex bra; here's a quick how-to to do at home.
You will need 4 plasters, 2 fabric pasties, a makeup sponge and a bottle of liquid latex (My personal favorite is Trustleaf).
Firstly, place the plasters in the shape of an X to flatten both nipples. Then proceed to place the fabric pasties on top of those.

Show off your Valentine's characters!
❤️🔥 Happy Valentine’s Day! ❤️🔥
Whether you celebrate this day, loathe it, or simply forget about it; chances are you have at least one memory you associate with Valentines day.
Have you ever created something, drawn something, or in my case become something for Valentine’s day? Character creating is a huge passion of mine that comes in many forms.
I particularly like taking a somewhat traditional character, like cupid, and create my own little twist. In this case, an evil twin. “She doesn’t shoot hearts, she eats them“.
Here are my personal must-have features when creating an evil characters:
● Fangs are a must!
● Teeth in places you won’t normally have teeth
● Unnatural skin colours and patterns.
● Dark ink-like markings.
Do you have a plan or list you follow when you create a character? Do you fully plan the character design before you start or do you decide as it’s coming along? Whether it's evil or good, show off your Valentine's creations in the comment section!

Selling Exclusive Adopts - FAQ
If you've wondered how to sell adoptables on deviantART, here you can find what I've learned through the years, and hopefully my experience, tests, and method can be of help to you.Personal VS Commercial rights through adoptables, what's the difference? If you're thinking of selling adoptable designs, don't forget to specify the rules on how your design can be used, including what type of rights the buyer would get upon purchase. The main difference between the two is whether the design can be used in content that can result in financial gain: Streaming, comics, content creation, animation, etc.Commercial use is typically either included with the purchase of the adopt, or alternatively as an add-on price that, depending on the artist's choice, can be added either at the moment of purchase, or at a later date.Artists and designers might define personal and commercial use differently, which is why specifying the rules in the description or a ToS journal might clear potential

2025 marks a pivotal moment in the intersection of art, technology, and community, with AI continuing to reshape how creators engage with their work. The intricate balancing act of serving a diverse, global creative network is more complex than ever. The seismic shift of AI continues to introduce new opportunities for creativity, but also unparalleled challenges for artists and creators.
So this year, working on the 2025 focus plan for DeviantArt weighed heavier than ever before.
