I like to think these lyrics aren't what someone else is saying to Minnow, but what Minnow is thinking about other, more well-off people.

Slow and clunky as Minnow's body is, this is the only sort of work she can really do at the moment. Just scrubbing floors and toilets.

And yes, that is a "plunger gun." My grandpa bought this plunger that looks like a hunting rifle, and I was so disappointed it doesn't actually plunge for you when you pull the trigger. It just makes lights and sounds, but it was a fun idea, so here you go. Someone better invent one of these for real, one of these days. Hopefully it won't backfire this badly.
