Little Sandman, or The Demon Child and His Mutant Birds Begin Their Reign of Terror, is a statue located in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens of Timonium, Maryland. It seems to be a general monument rather than associated with one specific grave, though what group it's supposed to represent is unclear. Deceased kids? Maybe? The statue also appears to be an original work and not a copy or mass-produced piece, which is probably for the best. I don't think the world needs more than one of these.
Beneath the statue is a plaque, reading:
Little Sandman's Song The flowers all are sleeping safe in their starlit beds, and as the moon comes creeping they nod their fragrant heads. The drowsy, budding branch lets fall an air that seems to call: sleep a while, sleep a while, my children, sleep a while. From the German Adapted by L.U.
Of course, since it's in a graveyard, the "sleep" thing takes on a likely unintended meaning, as I doubt that Little Sandman in the original German context was supposed to be indistinguishable from the Grim Reaper.
