I chose Owlman from the excellent "Crisis On Two Earths" DVD written by Dwayne McDuffie and voiced with dead-inside menace by James Woods.

I hadn't heard of this "meme" or any of the others suggested so as is often the case "The Line It Is Drawn" provided a learning experience.
