This is the UEF USS Enterprise B of the Niagara class.
Story:
When the Enterprise A was finally decommissioned starfleet commissioned a new Niagara class starship as the Enterprise B and with the USS Galaxy as the launch mate of the Same class this ship was launched.
this ship uses Kelso323's Heavy Exploratory Cruiser

Isn't the Niagara class a Ambassador class body with 3 Galaxy class nacelles?
Different Niagara, the one you describe would be the canon version from TNG: Best of Both Worlds, however, on the Starship Schematic Database, there is another.
