Once you're at the top of the Pont du Gard, there still is a path that can take you up even higher; it leads to a stunning panoramic sight.
I found the path itself a pretty sight to look at; it just didn't turn up that well on this picture as I hoped. I'm sure it'd look better with one o'them new-fangled high-spec HDR camera's. Oh well...
