Brooklyn Bridge and Skyline 1960s to Present

Description

Look how simple it was back in 1960s. It only has a few modern buildings standing and the only tallest building on the Lower Manhattan is the One Chase building as you can see the one in the middle and it was built in the early 60s. Also, some of the piers underneath the Brooklyn Bridge is gone. It was once was a busy bustling seaport with all the fish you can buy back in the day and the biggest fish market known as "The Fulton Fish Market." It's all gone now, nothing but tourist attraction. The old fish market became outlets and retail fashion stores. Not just fish being delivered, a lot of goods from all over the world being shipped to here on these piers. Today, our ports are mostly moved out to New Jersey and two parts in Brooklyn.

My biggest criticism is the skyline today looks ridiculous. Just look at it, everything is over topping each other, even the tallest buildings back in the old days. It made them look shorter now because of the new high rise and offices.

Kinda sad that I can only spot a select few buildings that are still around.
