I like what you are doing here and recognise the scene. You have strategically waited until there is a low sun and the colours and detail clearly evoke warm fading afternoon sun - have you considered cropping the image much closer to the bridge tangle (as the foreground adds little to the rest of the image and pulls at the palette you are establishing further up the image), alternatively a landscape portrait with bridge, building and sky would have had higer impact - was this hand-held or tripod taken? What did you reference the frame edge with (sometimes aligning it with the building can make the tangle seem more obtuse)

I would have liked more contrast on the wire work of the bridge - it is meant to argue with the purity of the sky, the sympathetic burnished colours of the building and it's regimented order create a nice tension between foreground and background.
