Inspiration of work: Star Trek Voyager Season 2 Episode 7 - Parturition

Goal: to create an almost realistic enough render of a Star Trek theme

I made this my desktop background because I like it so much, but I have seen something now that can't be unseen... The shuttle is not to scale. It is larger than the shuttlebay doors; at first, I told myself to shut up because the shuttle must be closer to us than the ship, but it is under the saucer's shadow so it's really the same distance, if not a little further. Maybe fixable in second version? I don't know. It's still a fantastic image and I love it.
