I want to shout out to for getting me interested in drawing demon characters again!
I will say I need help figuring out a good way to draw these kinds of tails. I have a hard time getting the curves without having to quickly draw the line zoomed out. If I zoom in, the lines don't look smooth. I have a hard time anyway with drawing lines because I'm either shaky, tense or my pen gets funky. I would like some tips if anyone can give...
SHE IS SOOOOOOO BEAUTIFUL! I LOVE her character design
I love how you drew her hooves and her horns! They're my fave parts of this drawing
She has such a unique hairstyle too
Her outfit is sexy and I love her tattoo!
I love how she has some cyan/turquoise accessories to compliment her red skin
I actually love the line art! You did a great job!
This made my day! I'm happy to have inspired you You did a phenomenal job, she looks dope!
She's a real babe!!!!
I'm glad you like her. xD Thank you so much! :D
I did my best, only I think I could have done better with the tail. Rat-like tails are really difficult for me depending on which way they're angled.
But I am happy to have made your day. ^u^ There's just something about your style and use of color that keeps drawing me back to your gallery every now and then, so I'd say that's pretty successful as an artist. I can see you selling that stuff, if you don't already.
I can't sell my work, I don't have paypal since I'm just a kid, neither do I want to sell work with my characters yet. One day I will make it my profession ^^ Not today. But it's people like you who really make me excited for the day! Thank you for your kind words, it seriously means a lot!
I mainly just like the idea of rat tails, not necessarily ones with the usual tips at the end, but I have trouble getting the lines to look smooth. Only reason I made it so is because she's an old OC who is supposed to have the typical look. ^^" Then again, her race is actually supposed to be my own kind of fantasy thing, and others just call them demons/supernatural beings. Now when I think of it though, I do love the idea of using some kind of alligator tail.
And I get you, not every artist wants to do that kind of thing and just prefers the idea of sharing the art for fun and hobby. I'm a little in between, I want to come up with stuff that would be interesting printed on something, but I also want to draw for the hobby/fun reason. Mainly because I am a graphic designer too I guess, I'm really interested in doing freelance and indie store stuff, since getting a job in the field has been difficult.
Have you thought about doing commissions at least sometime in the future? I would totally love to see how you draw some of my demon characters, OCs and fan OCs alike.
Like this tail: But keep the arrow tip! Her tail design would look much cooler!
I draw my projects out so that people could get the grasp of them before I make comics/animations out of them (which I aim to do) So in a way, it's a hobby and a dream career. It's soo cool you have your own indie store!!! Id like to have one too some day!
Regarding commissions - I might open them up in the near future. They will be point commissions and specifically targeted for monster ladies characters since they're the fastest things I can draw ^^! Look forward to that in a month of two.
