This was a lot to take in when I saw this photograph.... It really does demonstrates what type of world we are living in. People not helping other people... people and greed... That poor man. This is a great shot, but yet very moving.

This really makes a statement. I really like the blurry legs and people in the background. They're there but in their own little world. Part of me wants to see the dog in the plane of focus, but I do also like how your choice of focus suggests a state of zen. It seems to tell a story about the man and the snow where everyone else flits in and out with seeming inconsequence. Very well done.
