Celebi Spaceworld 1999 Interpretation

Just when we thought we had seen it all after the Spaceworld 1997 demo surfaced. The 1999 demo is much closer to the final version, as would be expected, but a few Pokémon designs were still different not long before the game was supposed to hit the shelves.

Upon seeing Celebi, I just knew I had to sprite it at least once. Game Freak sure pulled a last-minute design change to make it less creepy-looking.
