If it's acceptable to be fat and beautiful it is also acceptable to be thin and beautiful. There's no need to make insulting implications just because you find something aesthetically displeasing.

With the angle she's at it looks like her head is bigger than her waist. That's not helping her look healthily thin. She is beautiful, but at first glance I was a little scared at her size too, especially since the camera is supposed to add 10 lbs. Her pants also hit at the smallest point in her waist which emphasizes that. After I looked at the photo a little while longer I realized it was more the way the photo was taken than the actual model. She is beautiful and looks beautiful in the photos that you took of her.
