Ride with Sailor Moon

There was a kiddie playground on top of terminal 1 of Narita Airport where kids could drive some bumper cars and in general burn off some energy and boredom before their flight. We were wandering around up there when we came across the ride for Sailor Moon. Ultraman was right next to her so the boys could have something to ride. Does anyone else find this random?
