Description
Here is an updated sprite of Dark Evil Leon, an evil version of Leon Smallwood who is slightly darker in design. He was inspired by Evil Ryu, Evil Ken, Evil Kung Fu Man, and George Goodlake's evil self.
Dark Evil Leon belongs to Joey Slikk (Me).

NOTE: Since I'm (still) using the laptop that came from school, which I mostly use for school purposes, even when I purchased it, I'm going back to being temporarily offline.
NOTE 2: I did say I was going to be temporarily offline, but I guess temporary was meant to last longer that I thought it would be.
