Watercolor 2016, Puerta del Sol, Madrid.
When I visited Madrid it was in late february and it was rather cold. Even if the sun didn't light up the square the evening lights at Puerta del Sol was amazing. It was really crowded too and I guess that this is one of the places in the world which is visited by people all year around, even when the weather doesn't really allow it

Woah! I love this artwork. I really like this kind of pictures- cities at night lit up by street lights. I'll probably tell the same as everybody, but the way of showing this place, this fun with colours, this athmosphere. Also these details. It's really nice, when an artist add some words on the bilboards, some signs, some people's gestures. It. Is. Just. Perfect. You did the great job here. Keep up the good work ^^

I really played with the warm and cold colours in this painting. I wanted to create a nice contrast without making it feel too dark and gloomy. And also I like to have details because they help me dream about the place, people etc and to remember my experiences from my visit. I'm really glad you like it! Take care and stay creative!! <3
