Parakarry was my favorite party member in Paper Mario 64. Though I feel Lady Bow had the best personality, Parakarry was really useful in battle. 
Really awesome work! Love the shading and coloring. The clouds are also really nice. Kinda reminds me of the cover of Kid Icarus Uprising. Fitting, actually, since this was posted on March 23rd, 8 years after Uprising was released.

I wonder if we'll ever see him again? He had a cameo in Thousand Year Door and a card in Super Paper Mario, but then Miyamoto ruined the series and replaced all the unique characters with mainly generic Toads.

Its highly possible now due to the demise of the Mario and Luigi series. I loved that series but it angered me that Miyamoto said it was the "true" Mario RPG series. Paper Mario and long before that, Super Mario RPG held those titles. We need Ryota Kawade to come back to make the Paper Mario series good again. He was the one responsible for making Paper Mario and Thousand Year Door great games, I believe he had a hand in Super Paper Mario too. However he was gone by the time of Sticker Star.
Yeah Parakarry would probably do that anyway, fly high up gracefully into the clouds and let his wings carry him to his destinations. ^^
