THIS IS SO SAD! The last page of this short story of Stitchery. Well! I'll just have to start a new one then, won't I? XD But because of my big move to Cali for my new job in less than 2 weeks that probably won't be happening for a while. So please be patient with me!

And I want to thank you all for reading through this and for your support and comments! I always appreciate that, more than you know.

On that note...in the meantime while I can't draw this - tell me what you liked, tell me what you didn't. What things did I briefly introduce that interested you? What confused you? I want to know what things I need to clarify (me personally, there are some things I want to fix) for next time! Or, if you have ideas of your own, share them! I LOVE collaboration and input. It inspires me more than anything else.

Thank you again!

And as always...feel free to share, just give credit where credit is due. Much obliged!

Marrisa, this was a lot of fun. I'm really glad to read a superhero comic where the characters aren't just analogue for other superheroes which seems to be the trend with everyone creating superheroes now a days. I'm glad you're taking things in a different direction and bringing in things that interest you besides superheroes. There's too many superhero comics that are just about superheroes these days. I'm really glad that you're interested in creating a world with these characters and exploring the concept of Stitchery itself.

I will say that there was a lot of confusion reading this story. First off, who is everyone? I wouldn't have known any character's names unless if you hadn't had the commentary. Nobody was named in comic except in the first two pages and when Jupiter shows up. I can understand not wanting to be too expository in a story (something a lot of superhero comics can be) but it would be nice to know who we as readers are cheering for here. Also though it was sort of explained at the end, I think it might help readers know why Masquerade is so concerned about running into the other superheroes at the beginning or being a little more clear.

On the art, I love how super clean everything is. I love that you have a really awesome analogous color palette here where everything is really popping but it's readable. You also have a really good command of figure making every one look powerful and look like their in motion during the action sequences. It's nice to see figures in superhero comics who look like they're actually moving and not part of a storyboard. I will say that when figures aren't in action, some of them look a little too posed so keep that in mind.

Otherwise, I really enjoyed this and hope you continue it. I'd like to see more stories set in this world. Good luck on your move and I hope this critique was helpful!

SUPER helpful!! I'll definitely keep this in mind as I work on these next few stories.

I know I have a lot of things to clarify and explore in this universe. The next story I plan on focusing a little more about who Masquerade actually is in real life, and her and Sia's relationship (since they're the main characters). And explaining a bit better what Stitchery actually is (at least to Masquerade).

To be honest, I didn't have the whole story-arch set up when I started this short story. ^^; I was still fixing a lot things that I think is resolved now (or I'm working on fixing). I mostly just wanted to see if anybody would be interested. =D

And boy do I have a lot of them. XD I may have to start posting some of their character designs up. Unfortunately, most of the time they're seen as going against masquerade. The story I've written includes some of them for a little big, but maybe I'll have an actually face off on the one after. I've really enjoyed your various comments, so thank you!
