I have a question about the Stone-Axers of Snaiad.
Were they bipedal like humans? Or did they probably use their second heads as hands?

Loved the website back when it was visible. Your work reminds me of Expedition mixed with a visual guide to prehistoric life.

Whatever happened to your website? All I keep getting is this page that says, “Inquire about this domain name here.”

Your criticism is entirely valid, after 4 years, I'm not very satisfied with the "birdy" way most Snaiadi heads look. I would redesign them substantially if I were doing Snaiad today...

I love these bizzare alien creatures. I usually draw lots of weird aliens myself, though not as well as you. Keep up the good work.

I really enjoy your creations....as a fellow world creator it's always interesting to see what others create, and when I find someone who creates such wonderful things as you I have a mixture of awe and, to be honest, jealousy....but that's a good thing in the end when it pushes us to try even harder.....

Always looking forward to more!

These creatures must be a spectacular sight, when seen together in groups, especially in the more colorful species.

You mentioned on your website that the Magnodirus are capable of running from predators if need be, though I can only wonder how they manage to do so without their sails impairing them somehow, especially when there is a breeze blowing in the wrong direction. Or perhaps they've adapted some sort of unique behavior to solve that sort of problem?

The bottom "head" does the eating, and the top head does the mating and seeing.

cool. so when they mate, their sight must be impared somewhat?

:iconorzhovslodier:

Yeah, but when humans mate your sight is a little impaired beyond what's in front of you. :P

Its a little like french kissing on snaiad.

This is so beautiful! What still amazes and startles me every time I see one of your Snaiad creations especially is the rich and convincing organic textures.

I believe the Magnodirus is my favorite here, and I think the Z. koheni is my favorite for the execution of musculature, though they're all gorgeous.

One of the things I love about your creations is that they always provide fresh inspiration, both visually and conceptually. Those dewlap-like skin flaps, for example, strike me as something that could be easily adapted for a number of inventive feeding and display purposes.

Fantastic work, as always!

Very nice creations. Magnodirus is quite simillar to my very old earth future creation thunderfoot in appearance and behaviour (but of course without second head). But in fact I think thunderfoot was failed creation...
Interesting creations and very good work. Especially magnodirus look very noble. Together with greater kahydron, sandrunner and bahamut they makes the most neat Snaiad life forms in my opinion.

Are these the titans referenced in the description of eucursour?
