Guidelines:
- This item may be used on any normal base color or base altering mutation.
- This item may not be used on bases that are being altered by modifiers like Rubrum, Glacies, Griseo, and Solis, as those are locked to specific swatches.
- This item may not alter the color of Manicae or Cineres, as those are locked to specific swatches.
