How to install:
Navigate to Application
Right click on VLC icon > Show Package Contents
Open Contents folder > Resources
Make a backup of Resource folder
Extract .zip file > Open "Replace with these file" > Select all file > Copy and replace in Resource folder
Open VLC
From the menu VLC > click on Preferences > Interface > Dark
Save
Close and reopen VLC
Enjoy
