── ► This imposing beast is a foe like no other, having been surrendered to the Caesar by a decorated general who captured him out of the wild in response to terrified villagers claiming a wrathful spirit had been attacking their homes at night. Many of the soldiers who assisted in his capture speculate that he might have come from the crusades, driven mad by the chaos of battle, while others believe him to be possessed by the demons of the underworld itself. All that can be said for certain is that nowadays, despite the royal trainers' efforts to rehabilitate him, inside the colosseum this cat is a ruthless and bloodthirsty adversary without a scrap of mercy, and outside the pit he will rebuke any attempt to handle him with violence--even the attempt to untangle his painfully matted braids. The Caesar hopes that one day his trainers can help him foster a loyalty to match his ferocious strength, but for now everyone can't help but think that maybe Spectre would rather be back out in the countryside, leaving a trail of fear and violence wherever he goes...
