hazelnut cookies

This recipe is one of my favorites. They are most common at Christmas, but they can still be made all year around
for this you need:
200 g hazelnuts
2 dl sugar
1 tablespoon potato flour
2 eggs
The oven is to be on 200 C
First, grind the nuts which goes fastest in a food processor.
Then add the sugar, potato flour and eggs until that it is nice and smooth.
Use two spoons to careful drop a part of the dough on a sheet with baking paper. Depending on how big you want them, you can either end up with about 40 small or 16 big ones.
Push down a whole hazelnut in the middle of each cookie.
They shall be in the middle of oven for 8 minutes
for this you need:
