Taken in front of a window (hence the bokeh), with waterdrops on it (hence the spots) and smoke from a blown out candle. No textures or anything have been added afterwards.

Post-processing: I upped the contrast slightly, reduced the noise and cloned out a small bit of window cill on the bottom-left part of the image.

what the f*** ... this is a very original "way" of a sculpture, especially intriguing is the crystal for the eye, i guess you'd have a story to tell to it

This makes me think of a little demon who wants to be good and is trying to hold back his daydreams of evil and replace then with good. The smoke is really cool and the background is blurred just perfectly. Beautiful photo!
