WWM Day 12 - testing Chinese paintbrushes

I did do my World Watercolor Month piece yesterday, I just didn't have time to scan it.  It's also not as ugly as my scanner made it look - scanner ate all the yellow.  It's no masterpiece, but I promise in real life those DO look like stems!

Anyway, was practicing Chinese brush painting styles with new Chinese brushes.

My scanner also likes yellow color :facepalm: :B I feel your pain :nod:

I once did a painting with mostly yellow ochre and yellows.  I think I spent more time in photoshop trying to get the scan to look like the real thing than I did on the actual painting part. :lmao: Yay scannery misery!
