If I sold PDFs (downloadable Naor comics) after I finish each chapter, would you buy it? Each chapter has 9 pages and all pages are at full resolution.

Most likely sell each chapter for 300 points (3$). The printed versions cost 5$, so you'd be saving 2$ to simply download it straight from me. I'd probably use Gumroad and dA for that.

300pts / 3$ is too much! (How much do you think it's worth?)

300pts / 3$ is too little! (How much then?)

However if I catch ANYONE uploading it ANYWHERE else or selling it in ANY fashion without my permission, I WILL take legal action.

As I like to get anything for the cheapest price possible, 300 points sounds great for a chapter, but, as an artist, I think 300 is too little for something you've spent hours on. You could definitely ask for at least 300 points per PAGE, considering the amount of work you put into your comic. :D It's not that hard to get points here on dA, it would still be affordable.

Comics typically sell for 3-5$ IRL honestly, charging 300 per page is quite expensive. Plus I can sell as many as people want them.... so it's easier, and 3$ makes sense to me since the irl ones sell 5$.

I prefer physical copies, but I'd still buy the digital ones. :>

Me too! If digital is all there is, I'm ok with that too.

Personally I like to have the physical copy so I wouldn't buy downloads.
Price wise I'd say you could charge more, but not more than the physical copy since it's digital.

I agree! I prefer physical copies over downloads.  The physical copy is only 5$, so I cannot do more than that.

I might do a special sale, have it cheaper for the first x amount of time and then raise it later

...whoever thought 3$ is too much... they are stingy entitled little pieces of broken rainbow.

If it were me, I'd pay the 5$.

I was more curious than anything to see the "mental" aspect of my watchers. I understand many of them don't know that most comics are that much in store even! Most would happily spend more on an adopt, but not a comic? REALLY? XD I don't think 3$ for about 100 hours of work is unreasonable! lol

Yet they would pay three times the amount on adoptable that may not have had even half of the comic's work hours put on it (speaking of adopts made on bases).

Exactly, they'll pay hundred or thousands for adopts made with bases.... but not 3$ for something with 100+ hours into it. u_u

IKR?! After the math, each chapter is about 100+ hours of work.... yet it isn't worth 3$? ouch.
