IbisPaint time counter? Help (・・;)ゞ ╮

My dears, I've recently had a bit of a problem with the timer when playing back the drawing process in Ibis Paint (ᯣ ⤙ ᯣ) So, when we click the "play" button above the drawing, the entire process of creating the art is played back, and at the bottom there is a timer that shows the total time it took to make it. And that's where my doubts come from, does this counter collect data when the stylus touches the screen and makes a line, or does it simply count the entire time spent with the canvas open with the image, even if we don't draw anything at the time? ( ╹ -╹) I always like to give an approximate drawing time when uploading digital art, so I want to be sure whether the time given is adequate. Do you know how it works? (:3 」∠) Sometimes I simply can't believe the numbers I see, sometimes it shows me even over 100 hours spent on this art, and sometimes when I look at a piece that seems to me to have taken me a relatively similar amount of time to the previous one, it turns out

My dears, I need your advice! (*_ _)人 What program for creating gifs and animations do you recommend for a beginner? It would be best if it was free, easy to use and if possible not for stop-motion drawing (although you can also recommend that)! I am currently using an Android tablet, so please provide programs that are compatible with this software~ I would be extremely grateful for every little bit of advice and sharing your own experiences, because I have never created any animation before and this is one of my dreams and I have no idea how to go about it, please give me some advice!
