[$COM] Tier 4 Terron Reference Sheet

Well this ref sheet has been a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time in the works.

This was a commission for of one of his primary characters, Terron.
This character has gone through a massive redesign since this commission was accepted, and now he truly looks unique and awesome.
