Alois Trancy shimeji

I downloaded Alois tried to run the program, but it wouldn't work. I downloaded the newest version of Java and tried to run it again but it still wouldn't work. What should I do?

i can unzip it and get to the select alois menu, and it shoes it's icon at the bottom of my screen, but is not there. Please help....
