Myself as Lilith from Borderlands 2. Costume and make up made by us.
The picture is not manipulated. We made that effect painting the clothes and using make up. When we frst made our BL1 costumes, we were afraid it couldn't look good if we painted our clothes to get that cell shading effect, so we didn't do it. Then we saw the way
made her Lilith costume and we loved it!
