HERE IS THE BLENDER BRUSH, UPLOAD IT TO PHOTOSHOP CS2, AND USE IT ON THE SMUDGE TOOL, HAVE FUN

i heard there are problems to import to cs3

just duplicate the settings

hard round brush with opacity on pen preassure

under scattering
scatter radius 14
scatter count 11

shape as is

opacity on

and spacing OFF

Thank you so much for this, but I have a question.  I made my own using your settings and although I have the spacing turned off, it's just making a bunch of tiny dots everywhere. Is there something I'm missing?  Thank you!

which version of photoshop you are using? aparently it does not work on cs5  and newer versions...

i am having an issue with my smudge tool, when i use it, it keeps resizing almost everytime i stroke it on the canvas. its my only tool frizzing out at the moment.

For those of you asking about CS6, the mixer brush tool is a better alternative and is only available in CS5 and up.
