Heyo! Ive been absolutely amazed by your work in making fakemon models, i know what im gonna do when i finally get Blender, By any chance do you know if its possible to make pokemon npc models? Wanted to try it.

As for your question, it depends on what you mean. Merely modeling an npc is...well, just that. Modeling a human and not a pokemon. If you mean is it possible to import them into the games, that I'm not sure of.
Regardless, most npc models of the official games have been ripped and available here -

So I recommend downloading some of them to get an idea of how they're built, before jumping headfirst into making one.
I still sometimes wake up in the middle of the night cursing that printer! Sigh, the internet points we could have had...
