When I was starting out with ponies, Nasty Lady was by far my greatest influence. Her steampunk series blew me away, and although she'd largely moved on from ponies by the time that I showed up her work nonetheless inspired me big time.

Rarity here is kind of a throwback to the old times when I was emulating senpai Nastylady, with her longer legs and very loose linework. In all honesty, this was a lot of fun to draw. Just like old times, haha. I'd like to stick with it but at the same time I don't want to end up becoming just a discount NastyLady. The dilemma continues!
