Renee Nejo is a freelance 3D artist and independent game designer in Denver, CO. She received her Bachelor's or Arts from the Art Institute of Phoenix in Game Art and Design back in 2010. She is a proud Diegueno and tribal member of the Mesa Grand Band of Mission Indians. Renee is an unapologetic advocate for education and self determination of Native people. She has recently contributed to the art and design of Ever, Jane, a video game in the world of Jane Austen. She is also currently a volunteer mentor for at-risk youth at Thomas Jefferson High School in Denver. Renee is the creator and designer of Blood Quantum the video game, her "experiment in education games".
