Oh look, a new character!
Ok ok stop, I haven't been with him for more than two days but :v

I have several loose character designs here and there, so I thought I could put them together. Well, inside my history of NuevaVega and all that...

It doesn't have a background yet, I already told you, I practically just got it, it could just be a secondary character in the story (and not necessarily connected to another character) but I really like its design ^w^

Also, since I'm lazy to make character references, I'm here to warn you that I wouldn't have done this one if I didn't know I'd use it again, the base, I plan to share it as an F2U base. And I also still have another Oc de Leon inhabiting his world so, recycling is nice I guess :v
