Quorums Gates

Quorum’s Gates is the capital heart of Keeper territory.

The Keepers are a fleet civilization. They do not live planet-side. They make their homes aboard ships, stations, trading ports, and vast constructed sanctums built between the stars. Quorum’s Gates stands at the center of that civilization, a structure with the mass and presence of something approaching a Dyson sphere, yet containing an internal space far greater than its exterior should allow.

This first frame focuses on the Residential District, the entry point for those passing through the Gates. It is where the scale of the place begins to reveal itself, not through a single fortress wall or skyline, but through lived-in architecture, movement, density, and the suggestion of a civilization that has made the void itself into a home.

This piece is still a work in progress. The Residential District is far enough along that I am comfortable sharing it, but there are still details, refinements, and additions to come. Quorum’s Gates is also much more than housing. Future frames are planned for the harbor, the foundries, the Grand Bazaar, the Council chambers, and the administrative districts that support the capital.

Like the larger projects themselves, this is meant to grow over time. I would rather let it be seen while it is becoming what it is meant to be than leave it hidden until some impossible idea of completion arrives.

And since it is May the 4th, it felt right to share something from my own universe, built from the same love of vast worlds, impossible cities, and stories too large to stay in one frame.
