Inhumanoids - the Evil that Lies Within

Another cartoon/toyline from the 80's that I dig. The creatures are Metlar, D'Compose and Tendril. The show was a little gory for it's time and only 13 episodes were made.

terrible toy line to go along with an incredibly short lived comic book series but oh boy did i ever love the TV show. your work here has a very Ken Kelly kinda quality to it.

Thank you!

That was a problem with 80s cartoons in general. The toy lines were not as good as the TV show. Insufficient toy sales would lead to the show being canceled before much development happened.

there were exceptions ofcourse. G.I.Joe and Transformers were good examples of that. great toy lines and even good cartoons for their time.

Wow, great callback!  I loved this show (what there was of it) as a kid.  It's a shame that viewer pressure on the studio caused them to pull the plug.

Interesting, I thought it was low toy sales that got this canceled. I have to find out!

Nah.  It barely lasted long enough for toys to hit the shelves - which was a pity, because the toys were pretty badass for the day!

Such an underrated show. It needs a live action movie.

Probably the one property other than Silverhawks that I'd love to see comeback. Surprised it hasn't already actually. The premise of large baddass monsters threatening humanity hasn't ever gone out of style...so it's still not too late lol

Agreed, I would love to see these guys come back. I had read somewhere that there was a comic adaptation of the Inhumanoids in the works as part of a Hasbro shared universe but it felt apart. It seems that the title is too close to the Marvel Inhumans and something could not be worked out.
