You want to gain mass?
Do you want me to get my health planner for you?
Its supposed to help me gain muscle, maybe it will help you too :)
The doctors gave it to me because I'm underweight.

It's not letting me post the photo of my schedule, so I'll have to type it up the best I can T_T sowwy.

I talked to my doctor about your case, how you have troubles eating, and here's what he says:
"She should be tested for gastritis, an ulcer, or cyclic vomiting syndrome. Celiac disease could possibly also be a factor. It depends on how long this has been going on."
He suggested that you stay hydrated and have at least 104 ounces of water per day (which is 13 cups. like measuring cup cups.). Water is a natural cleansing source and will help with the process of losing weight, and detoxifying the intestinal area. Sweating is also a good natural detoxification process.
He also said to stay away from greasy foods, to see if that makes a change in your tummy troubles.

So with that out of the way, here's my health planner (broken down to make it less complicated).

DO NOT EXERCISE 30 minutes after eating, or drinking large quantities, as that will cause painful cramps.
Stay hydrated during work out, but only take small sips. Do not glub down a whole lot, because it will cause cramps.
approx. 5 minutes of stretching before and after exercise to prevent injury!
(If you want some stretching tips, let me know!)

Monday - 30 minutes of rebounding.
Rebounding is basically like jumping on a mini trampoline, or skipping rope :)
(There should be some online rebounding videos to follow, but if you can't find any, I'll see if I can record the one I have,)

Tuesday - 30 minutes of Yoga.
This one you'll need a video to follow.

Wednesday - 30 minutes of Weight lifting.
If you're a beginner, start with 10lb - 20lb dumbbells.
There are no videos on how to exercise with these, so I'll see if I can somehow give you a copy of my sheet.

Thursday - 30 minutes of jogging.
Before my hospital admittance, I'd actually jog for an hour or 2, but since you have college, 30 minutes would be best for you.

Friday - 30 minutes of tai chi.
Not only does this count as exercise, it's a great meditation sort of thing too.
I love tai chi.

Saturday, and Sunday are days of rest. However, it'd be good to move around a little rather than sit all day.

These exercises help tone your muscles.
To gain weight, take much protien!
You can take protien powder, or eat protien foods such as eggs and rice.

EXTRA TIPS:
Avoid greasy foods (Hamburgers, Pizza, Pasta, Potatoes)
Stay Hydrated (Drink 13 cups of water a day, but not all in one sitting because that's dangerous)
Aim for 6 - 8 hours of sleep. This includes avoiding screen time for at east an hour before sleep.
If you're insomniac, ASMR audios really help, and so does the occasional melatonin pill.
Every day, take Vitamin D, C, E, Primrose, and omega 3 every morning to ensure good health

I hope this isnt too confusing!
