Come see inside my bones

"Come see inside my bones" - I apologizes in advance this is my first Critique, but thought I would try. In terms of the composition. I like that the main figure is off center but also is not following rule of a thirds. The colour palette of the image, and dark contrasted to the right draws you into the picture. The slim model works well with the background verticals. The frosted look to the image is something myself cannot get right in my head for pictures I have done as well. Half me wants to love the look, the other have dislikes it preferring clarity and crispiness. I guess its good to use if it adds to the concept of the work, here I think it does. I think I would have tried to more sharping of the focal point of the models hand, but its hard to know, without trying. In any case I'm kind embarrassed to Critique the work of someone of your caliber, but thought I should try in order that I think harder about compositions and my own attempts.
