*cracks knuckles* This one's been pending a while now...

First off, I kinda like the title "Bitterness" really brings attention to the work.

Secondly, the color (or lack thereof) in the picture is spot on and works well to bring a slight melancholic atmosphere to this piece. Additionally, the precise position of both the hands and the camera (much to the credit of both the model and the photographer) is spot on.

All in all a very well executed piece that really brings emotions to life and conveys a lot in its simplicity. Very well done, truly a worthwhile deviation.
