Thank you so much. ^^ It's not too much time on this doodle however. I try to get myself to work on the doodles quickly and not to edit them too much so that I can force ideas out of my head without censoring them.
Hey there! I am going to tell you something, this picture is so professional, and its so detailed, that to be completely honest with you, looks like it took you hours to do. With that, knowing now, that this is just a doodle, blows my mind. I think that should give you a lot inspiration, knowing that you can create such a beautiful piece, that looks like a time consumed, professional piece, in just a little while. So, great job.
Thank you so much. It's also a two-way street however. When I actually spend many hours on a piece, it often gets the same amount of interest as my doodles, haha. 
But every once in a while, one of them gets more notice and it feels so validating! I feel this way with this piece:
On other social media, it's done as average as my doodles, but here on deviantART, it practically blew up overnight for me, and I'm so grateful! I started to cry a little when I saw this since the lack of interest elsewhere had me blue before I saw that. I spent probably the most amount of hours of anything in my gallery for all the 9 years I've been on this website on this piece, and that's not including the time it took to build the canvas.

No need to apologize. Talk as much as you like. Well, I am very happy that this piece got noticed, because it sure is something special. It is a work of profession, no matter how long it took you to complete it. You should be very proud of this piece.
Ah, I'm glad you say it's a "work of profession," since it was one of my last major works of my senior semester of university, and I felt so insecure about these experimental paintings because I did not want my professors nor peers to think less of it for combining illustrative characters. Anime/manga is such a taboo in conventional art education. I felt like I had to hide this painting from people outside of this class who were guaranteed to see it, but it's one of the works I'm most proud of that I've ever made. Go figure, haha. It has a load of execution problems, but I'm still so proud of what it is.
